Returns & Exchange Policy
We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products so if you don’t like your Boon Tie products, don’t need them anymore, or simply need to exchange for another size or color - we have you covered. When checking out you can opt into our unlimited returns and exchanges for only $1.98. This policy is good for 30 days after delivery. It includes a ‘No Questions Asked’ policy where we will generate and pay for your return shipping label and will happily (well, sadly but understandingly) accept your return/exchange.
You can start your return or exchange here. All you will need is your order number, found in your purchase confirmation emails.
*All products must be unworn and in their original tie wraps/packaging. Original shipping fees are non refundable & returns of 3 or more items will have a $5 restocking fee deducted from the refund. We can only issue returns on orders purchased from BoonTies.com.
**All sale items are Final (this includes Grab Bag & Clearance Items)
Don't want to spend the $1.98 for shipping protection + unlimited returns & exchanges? No worries. We'll send you a return label for Exchanges & Returns - but you will need to pay the shipping on the new items for exchanges or pay the returned shipping label costs on returns. (we'll send you an invoice for the exchange shipping fee and deduct the shipping label cost from your refund on returns)
