The tie itself is so fun! We bought it so my daughter could color it for her brother on his mission. It didn’t come with markers (they were sold out and I emailed to ask for marker recs but I never got any) so we bought some off Amazon. It was a little difficult for my 9yo to color so I had to help quite a bit. It also came with two brown spots, which was very disappointing that the quality control wasn’t done well, but we were in a time crunch and didn’t have time to return it.

This was the perfect surprise gift for my daughter to give her dad on his birthday this year!! He absolutely loves it!
I bought some fabric markers from a local store, and the tie looks awesome even unfinished. We might even take the markers to church for some quiet coloring while he wears it!

We did this for Father’s Day and my kids loved it. The markers are great and on the boon tie didn’t bleed and made it very cute and easy to do.
Love that the markers are double sided. Saves space and you get more colors. We used some black permanent fabric markers I already had too.

We might have been too ambitious with our color scheme, but the markers were not up to the task of coloring this whole tie. The blue and purple ran pretty dry before we could finish. You can see the colors get less saturated farther up the tie. If we had used a larger variety of colors, it might have worked, but we were trying to stay with a more muted color scheme. If this could be improved upon, and more muted color choices offered, I might buy again in the future. It might be nice to offer marker sets separately, as well. Thank you!

I love the idea behind this tie. The problems are, the markers run out and can't finish the job at 100%. We bought two sets, so we used markers from both sets to finish this one. And.... the only colors offered are very vibrant. My husband is a quiet guy. He doesn't like "loud" ties, and these colors are loud. He was a great sport and wore it on father's day, but he wasn't comfortable in it because of the bright colors. So more color options, and longer lasting markers, and I'd order this again. But I do love the design my daughter drew for him!
